INSTRUCTIONS

Bicarbonate of soda is highly versatile. Here are some examples of how to use to clean your home with any toxic chemicals. 

Fabric deodorising: For carpets, mattresses and sofas: sprinkle with bicarb, rub, let stand for 1 hour, then vacuum. The fabric will feel fresher and deodorised.
Stain remover: Soak fabric for a few hours in a bowl of hot water with some bicarbonate of soda. Then rinse a little and put in the washing machine. 

Sink cleaning: Sprinkle two tablespoons of bicarb in and around the sink. Add a few sprays of white vinegar. Scrub, rinse and dry.

Drains: Unclog the pipes/drains: Sprinkle bicarb, add 250 ml white vinegar. After 20 minutes pour boiling water.
