Shipping policy

LOCAL DOORSTEP DELIVERY

All orders will be delivered within 1-2 days Monday to Saturday. Orders are not delivered on Sundays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Items on back order will be delivered when they become available. 

ORDER COLLECTION

Orders are ready for collection from 22 Chaucer Grove, Arborfield Green, RG2 9UT within 1-2 days after your order has been placed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders then collection might be delayed. We will email or text you when your order is ready for collection and to agree a collection day and time. 

NATIONWIDE POSTAL DELIVERY

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail within 1-3 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping my be delayed by a few days. Customers will receive email confirmation of orders having been shipped along with tracking information. Orders up to £20 have a delivery fee of £3.99 and up to £50 have a delivery fee of £4.99. We offer free delivery for orders £50.
