We’re really excited to be expanding Arborfill’s local refill delivery service to Marlow and Henley.
For us, refill only really works when it feels easy.
The idea is simple: you order your household and laundry essentials online, we bring them directly to your doorstep, and where possible we collect suitable empty containers to wash and reuse again.
No extra trip. No remembering to take bottles out with you. Just everyday refills brought to your home.
Why Marlow and Henley?
We’ve been thinking for a while about how to grow our local delivery service without losing the personal, practical side of Arborfill.
Marlow and Henley felt like a natural next step.
They’re close enough for us to create an efficient local delivery route, but large enough that we can gradually build a genuine community of customers in both areas.
Rather than expanding everywhere at once, we want to do this carefully — town by town — and make sure the service works properly for the people using it.
What can you order?
Marlow and Henley customers will be able to order from our range of everyday household and laundry essentials, including:
- Oxygen Bleach
- Laundry Liquid
- Laundry Rinse
- Washing-Up Liquid
- Multi-Surface Cleaner
- Bathroom Cleaner
- Dishwasher Powder
- Citric Acid
- Bicarbonate of Soda
- Soda Crystals
- and more
Our focus is simple: gentle, effective products that earn their place in your home.
Some products are available fragrance-free, while others use simple essential oil or fragrance options.
Refill without the refill-shop trip
We love refill shops and everything they’ve done to make reuse more normal.
But we also know that refill can sometimes feel inconvenient.
You have to remember your bottles, make a separate journey, find somewhere to park, and fit it around everything else.
That’s why we’ve always loved the idea of taking refill to the customer.
With Arborfill’s local delivery service, you can order from home and we bring it to you.
For busy households, that can make the difference between wanting to refill and actually doing it.
What happens to the containers?
We collect suitable empty containers from local customers and put them back into circulation.
We also reuse donated 5L containers rather than buying new ones unnecessarily.
They may not always look shiny and brand new — and that’s exactly the point.
There are already enough containers in the world. We’d rather keep good ones in use for as long as possible.
How Marlow & Henley delivery will work
We’ll be running a dedicated local delivery day for Marlow and Henley.
To be included, simply place your order before the published cut-off date.
We’ll then deliver directly to your home on the scheduled delivery day.
If you have suitable Arborfill containers to return, leave them out for us and we’ll collect them at the same time.
Our first Marlow & Henley delivery will be:
Every third Thursday of the month (initially)
A small business growing locally
Arborfill started with a simple idea: make lower-waste household essentials easier to use in everyday life.
We’re still a small, independent Berkshire business, and that means local growth matters to us.
We’re not trying to cover the whole country with vans.
We’d rather build strong local areas where customers know the service, recommend it to neighbours and help us make refill part of everyday life.
Marlow and Henley are the next step in that journey.
Know someone in Marlow or Henley?
If you know someone who lives in either area, we’d really appreciate you sharing this with them.
Word of mouth makes an enormous difference to a small business like ours, especially when we’re launching in a new area.
And if you’re in Marlow or Henley yourself, we’d love to have you on our first delivery route.
