Frequently Asked Questions
How do you fill your bottles and is there any single use plastic used?
We have chosen suppliers that support our refill philosophy. When our containers are empty they are collected, cleaned & refilled by our suppliers with no single use plastic involved.
Do you sterilise the bottles?
Yes. Bottles are washed at 70 degrees, thoroughly dried and stored safely.
Do I have to be at home when you deliver?
No, our delivery method is a milkman style service, we will leave your bottles on your doorstep or in a safe place of your choice. We will email you the evening before your delivery day to confirm a time slot. When you complete your order online, please let us know if there is somewhere specific you would like us to leave them.
Can I use my own containers?
Yes you can. Just order the 'refill your own bottle' option online and then leave your bottle(s) on the doorstep on delivery day. We also have a click and collect service at our Arborfield Green address (direct message us for this). Drop off your bottles in the box next to our front door and then you can either collect your order at a later time (we’ll agree a time) or provided you’re in our delivery area we can deliver back to you within the following couple of days.
Can I purchase multiple bottles of the same product?
Yes. If you'd like to reduce the number of deliveries by ordering multiple bottles of the same product or would like a hand soap in each bathroom, for example, then please order what you need.
If I buy a glass bottle but don't like the product, can I use this bottle for a different product?
Yes. If you don't like a particular product and would like to try something else, then order a refill and leave out the bottle on delivery day as normal.
How do I request a refill?
Select the product you wish to refill in our online shop and choose the 'refill' option. Leave the empty bottle (including lid, sprayer or pump) on your doorstep on the morning of delivery and we will refill/replace on arrival.
Do you produce the products?
No. Miniml and SESI supply our refill products. They are based in the UK. All their products that are eco-friendly, palm oil free, cruelty-free and vegan.
Is there any commitment involved?
Definitely not. If you choose not to continue using ArborFill then you can either keep the bottles or email us and we'll collect the bottle for re-use / recycling.
I'm outside of your delivery area. Can I still use this service?
We currently deliver refills within central berkshire: Arborfield, Barkham, Bracknell, Crowthorne, Eversley, Earley, Farley Hill, Finchampstead, Sandhurst, Swallowfield, Shinfield, Spencers Wood, Wokingham, Yateley. However, If you live outside of this area, please email us at Carly@arborfill.co.uk and we'll try our best to accommodate you.
You can order any of our products except our refills for postal delivery. We will package your order and post via Royal Mail. Plastic free of course! We offer free delivery for orders over £50.
Do you plan to expand your delivery area in the future?
